The project scope was to overhaul the company's brand messaging and other touchpoints, including the website, customer-facing communication, order fulfillment, and marketing. The company's brand messaging became more cohesive, and the company's B2B integrations became more unified. A point of sale solution was installed with lead generation, loyalty strategies, and customer retention. The company won 14 product awards as a direct result in 2021 and an additional 8 awards in 2022.
